MCS offers housing authorities a large number of services related to the PHA-Web software and support and in other areas. Some of the services MCS can provide are:

Data Conversion: MCS can convert data from other vendors’ software to facilitate the transition from their software to PHA-Web. 50058 PIC transmission files and most other data in spreadsheet or Comma Separated Values (CSV) formats is easily converted.

Training: MCS conducts both onsite and online training. Training is tailored to meet the specific needs of each housing authority.

Website Design/Hosting: As part of our overall Internet strategy, MCS can design and host websites for housing authorities. MCS currently has designed and hosts websites for several agencies. A unique feature of Internet software is that we can interface your data from our database to provide features such as online applications, online waiting list position verification and online landlord payment verifications.

Email Hosting: MCS offers email hosting for housing authorities. Rather than use standard email addresses provided by your Internet service provider, MCS can provide email customized to your agency. For example: yourname@yourhousingauthority.com.

Consulting: MCS provides a wide variety of consulting services, from help raising your PIC reporting rate to hardware and network services.
